DexCrypto ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at dexcrypto.io and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.
By accessing or using DexCrypto, you agree to this policy. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the Service:
- Wallet Addresses: When you connect a wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, etc.), we receive your public address only. We never receive or store your private key or seed phrase.
- Transaction Data: Payments you initiate on BNB Chain are processed on-chain and publicly visible on the blockchain.
- Setup Form Data: After purchase, we collect your project name, domain, contact details, logo URL, hosting credentials (used once for deployment then discarded), and your transaction hash for verification.
- Usage Data: Anonymous technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used only for service improvement.
- Communications: Messages you send us via WhatsApp or email, retained to respond to your request.
Blockchain Transactions
All payments are executed on BNB Smart Chain through your own wallet. Blockchain transactions are public, immutable, and visible to anyone on block explorers like BscScan.
We do not custody your funds and cannot reverse or refund any confirmed on-chain transaction. Always verify transaction details in your wallet before signing.
How We Use Your Data
We use collected information to:
- Verify your purchase and deliver your DexCrypto files
- Brand, configure, and deploy your exchange (free installation service)
- Communicate with you about your order or support
- Improve the reliability and quality of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Third-Party Services
DexCrypto integrates with these third parties to deliver the Service:
- Reown / WalletConnect: Wallet connection infrastructure — reown.com/privacy-policy
- Binance API: Live BNB/USDT price feed. No personal data is transmitted.
- BNB Smart Chain / PancakeSwap v3: Public, permissionless blockchain infrastructure.
- Google Fonts: Fonts loaded from Google servers, subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Vercel / Netlify (optional): If used to host your DEX, their privacy policies apply to your hosting account.
Cookies & Local Storage
DexCrypto may use browser local storage to remember your wallet connection and preferences within a session. We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.
You can clear local storage at any time via your browser's developer tools or privacy settings.
Data Security
We use industry-standard protections including HTTPS encryption, restricted access to form data, and immediate deletion of hosting credentials after deployment is complete.
No internet transmission is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or restrict how we process it. To exercise these rights, contact us (Section 11).
Note: on-chain blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.
Children's Privacy
DexCrypto is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
