Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from DexCrypto ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase from the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers who access or use the Service, including all digital products offered on dexcrypto.io.
The Service
DexCrypto provides pre-built, white-label decentralized exchange software ("DEX Software") for deployment on BNB Smart Chain. The Service includes:
- A fully functional DEX front-end powered by the PancakeSwap v3 protocol
- Full white-label rebranding — logo, colors, domain, and social links
- A free installation and deployment service performed by our team upon request
- Support via WhatsApp and email
DexCrypto is a software provider only. We do not operate a financial exchange, custody any user funds, provide financial advice, or manage liquidity pools on your behalf.
Purchases & Payment
All purchases are made on-chain using BNB on BNB Smart Chain (Chain ID 56). Prices are listed in USD and converted to BNB at the live market rate at the moment of purchase.

By confirming a wallet transaction, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product via the live demo, understand what you are purchasing, and accept that the transaction is final and irreversible.
DexCrypto is not responsible for incorrect amounts sent, gas fee failures, or transactions sent to wrong addresses due to user error.
Refund Policy
We strongly encourage you to:
- Test the live demo at demo.dexcrypto.io before purchasing
- Contact us on WhatsApp to ask any questions before paying
- Double-check the BNB amount and recipient address before signing
In cases of non-delivery caused solely by our error, we will work with you to re-deliver the product or provide credit toward a future purchase.
Delivery
After your on-chain payment confirms, you must submit the free setup form with your project details. We will then:
- Brand and configure your DEX with the details you provide
- Deploy the files to your hosting within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete setup form
- Notify you on your provided contact channel when your exchange is live
Delivery times may vary based on form completeness and hosting availability. DexCrypto is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete setup forms, unavailable hosting access, or domain configuration issues on the customer's side.
License & Permitted Use
Upon confirmed payment, DexCrypto grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, deploy, and operate the purchased DEX Software for your own project.
You may:
- Deploy the software on your own domain
- Customize branding, colors, logo, and content
- Operate the exchange for your own community
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or source files to third parties
- Claim the software as your own original product for resale purposes
- Use the software for any illegal activity
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use DexCrypto or the purchased software to:
- Conduct or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Deceive or defraud users of your deployed exchange
- Engage in market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Operate in jurisdictions where running a cryptocurrency exchange is legally prohibited
DexCrypto reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DexCrypto does not guarantee that:
- The software will be free of bugs or uninterrupted at all times
- Your exchange will generate any trading volume or revenue
- The PancakeSwap v3 protocol or BNB Chain will continue to operate as currently designed
- Trading fees will be collected under all market conditions
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. DexCrypto is a software tool, not a financial product.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEXCRYPTO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or crypto funds
- Losses from smart contract bugs or on-chain exploits
- Business interruption or data loss
- Unauthorized access to your wallet or deployed exchange
IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DEXCRYPTO FOR THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DexCrypto and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service or software
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any claim made by users of your deployed exchange
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the operation of a cryptocurrency exchange or financial service.
Changes to These Terms
DexCrypto may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
